Taking client service to a Rocky Mountain High

GHB’s ability to provide outstanding client service doesn’t stop at the majestic Rocky Mountains, nor is it confined to managers and partners. One of our tax associates works with a wealthy Chicago-based entrepreneur who owns a number of hospitality ventures in Summit County. The tax associate works closely with the entrepreneur’s in-house accountant in Chicago, preparing the partnership tax returns and providing additional bookkeeping and budgeting assistance. Our associate is prompt and responsive, and has developed a solid relationship with the managers who operate the entrepreneur’s varied business interests in Summit County. As a result of her outstanding client service, the in-house accountant has persuaded her boss to let GHB take over his other business interests in Colorado. With no shortage of excellent Chicago-based firms from which to choose, this is a coup for our young tax associate. That’s also client service!
