Valuation Services: Valuation of Future Lost Income and Support in Wrongful Death Action

A GHB valuation and litigation specialist testified in a wrongful death workman's compensation case where a roofer died after falling off scaffolding during the course of a roof repair. Although the roofer was an independent contractor, his estate sued the roofing company for loss of future income and support. We analyzed the damages and the economic value of the roofer over his potential lifetime. The case was settled to the satisfaction of all parties.
