James is the partner in charge of the Denver Technological Center Office, and the primary contact for BDO Seidman's Alliance Services. He has extensive experience in accounting and income tax services, including entity selection, business acquisitions and divestitures, liquidations, tax planning and compliance for small business corporations, individuals, partnerships and fiduciaries. James specializes in small business consulting with an emphasis in automotive franchises. He also provides services in such diverse industries as real estate development, waste management, manufacturing, restaurants, nonprofit and professional service organizations.

Most of James' clients are referred by existing clients, and referral sources such as attorneys and bankers. James' defining characteristic is his concern for his clients' business well being, which transcends the traditional tax return. James fosters long-term relationships with his clients because he is attentive to their needs, anticipating and worrying about their deadlines and issues so that they do not have to. James' concern for his clients goes beyond their business interests. He knows their families, is invited to their lifecycle events, and earns their loyalty as a trusted business advisor.
