Industry Experience

Lloyd’s background in many industries, including real estate development, construction, healthcare, not-for-profit, manufacturing and professional services positions him to effectively assist businesses and individuals in reaching their financial goals.

Lloyd works with entrepreneurs and business owners in structuring business transactions and entity formation, assisting with business succession planning, and providing assistance to management on a variety of tax and business matters.  Lloyd’s hallmark is his ability to build relationships and become a valued part of the management team of his business clients, and a close personal advisor to his individual clients.  Many of Lloyd’s business relationships span several decades.  Lloyd and his wife Nancy have two daughters, both recent graduates of the University of Colorado.  Lloyd enjoys fishing, skiing, rock climbing and other outdoor sports and has completed over 50 marathons in the last 12 years.

Background

After graduation in 1972, Lloyd held staff positions with several local area firms in New York before moving to Colorado in 1978. He joined a large Colorado multi-office firm as partner-in-charge of the Denver office in 1983. In 1986 Lloyd joined Lehman, Butterwick & Company as a director and became managing director in 1990. In 2004, he joined GHB.
