Celia is the partner in charge of the Frisco office, and is a member of the firm-wide recruiting and personnel team. Celia's hallmark lies in providing quality services to clients to help them succeed. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in virtually all aspects of small business tax planning, consulting, and compliance. She services clients in a wide range of industries, including construction contractors, retail, restaurants, professional services corporations, real estate development, lodging, property management, ranching, nonprofit organizations, condominium and homeowner associations. In addition to tax planning and compliance, Celia performs review and compilation financial statement services.

Celia consults with individuals on complex issues such as deferred tax exchanges, estate and financial family planning such as retirement and college tuition planning. Often, professional relationships formed with clients have developed into personal friendships.

Background

Celia's career as a CPA began in 1981 with Eide Bailly, LLP in Minot, North Dakota. In 1983 she joined the Frisco office of GHB. During her career, Celia has served on the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants Report Review Committee. She has been a partner since 2001.
