Although Sheryl is still active in traditional areas of tax compliance and consulting, she also provides business valuation services for sales, acquisitions, divorce, estate and gift valuations, family limited partnerships and discounts. Sheryl works with clients in a wide range of industries and closely held businesses, including construction, restaurants, specialized trades and retail establishments. Her experience has enabled her to consult on many different tax issues involving sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, succession and exit planning, and consolidated corporate filings and trusts. Sheryl’s defining characteristic is her genuine concern for the importance of client service. She prides herself on focusing on her clients’ needs, promptly returning telephone calls, providing requested services, and being alert to opportunities for additional, innovative insights. Sheryl’s warm, personalized approach is highly valued by her clients. BackgroundSheryl has been with GHB since 1986. She received her CPA certificate in 1987 and her Certified Valuation Analyst Certificate from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) in 2003. She is currently Treasurer of the Colorado State Chapter of NACVA. In the Mid 1990s, while her two daughters were young, Sheryl home-officed three days a week in order to spend more time with her family.
