Rich Kendall’s clients receive the benefit of his 25-plus
years of experience in all phases of running businesses. These
include growing companies, mergers and acquisitions, organizing
a company’s structure, creating strategic and financing
strategies for growth, running a public company, bankruptcy and
reorganization, and senior executive level management experience
as a CEO and CFO.
As Principal, Rich has taken the leadership role in the Growth
& Profit Solutions (GPS) niche, which is a dynamic service
offering for GHB. GPS is the facilitated delivery of performance
improvement, designed to help organizations achieve growth and
profitability. Through the use of proprietary tools and processes,
developed by Mindshop International, users can achieve greater
business success. As an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator, Rich focuses
on initiating growth and profit solutions for his clients in
a variety of industries.
Background
Career highlights include: positions with the Lehman Butterwick & Company
accounting firm, a nonprofit agency involved in the treatment of child
victims of abuse, neglect and trauma; senior executive management positions
with a publicly traded engineering firm of which Rich was a founder,
and a software development company serving global major oil companies.
