Todd C. Harker, CPA

Todd has extensive experience in taxation, accounting and management advisory services, with special expertise in small business consulting, including Quickbooks and tax planning. Todd services clients in a wide range of industries including construction, restaurants and resorts, specialized trades and retail. He assists corporate clients with multistate taxation issues, and advises his individual clients on estate planning issues. Todd brings his experience in the area of computer systems to the assistance of clients in advising on selection and use of accounting software, training, support, and systems maintenance. He supervises corporate, partnership, LLC and individual tax projects in the Frisco office, and also assists with staff training.

Todd takes a highly professional approach to his clients' concerns, taking care to work in their best interests. The most satisfying aspect of his profession is the opportunity to help his clients with their financial situations. Todd treats each business situation as if it were his own, and earns appreciative praise from his clients for his warm, yet analytical approach.

Background

Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Todd was an accountant for six years in the resort industry, and brings that special experience to his own client base. In January 2004, GHB acquired more clients in the Vail Valley; which paved the way for a new Vail Valley office. Todd heads up the Vail Valley office, but also continues to service his Summit County clients in the Frisco office.
