Stephanie is head of the tax department in the Denver Tech Center Office.  She has extensive experience in tax planning, compliance and consulting. Stephanie’s areas of special focus include IRS controversies, tax planning and compliance for closely held family businesses, primarily focusing on S-corporations and partnerships. Stephanie’s clients span a wide range of industries, including physicians, attorneys, bankers, retailers, real estate professionals and developers, among others. She enjoys assisting individuals in the estate and trust arena with business planning, including asset protection and business succession strategies.

Stephanie has a proactive hands-on approach. She most enjoys getting to know business owners and developing long term relationships with closely held family businesses; helping them achieve their professional goals through all phases of their business lifecycles. Stephanie’s defining characteristic is her unwavering dedication to her clients. Service and attention are her key client priorities.

Background

Prior to joining GHB in 2002, Stephanie was associated for fourteen years with two Denver area firms.
