Brian is responsible for audit staff recruitment, audit practice development and liaison with national accounting firms including BDO Seidman, LLP. Brian’s client base is primarily in the real estate, manufacturing, telecommunications, software, Internet and consumer products industries. He has significant experience with SEC filings, including initial public offerings, annual reports and periodic filings.

Brian is a proactive, adaptive, hands-on problem-solver. Brian’s ability to respond with the right solution to a complex problem, and his easy rapport with his clients make him a strong leader in the firm’s assurance services area.

Background

Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Brian was an audit manager with Ernst & Young, LLP in St. Louis and in Denver, where he provided audit services for public and private companies varying in size from growing entities to Fortune 500 companies.
