BDO Seidman Alliance

In 2001, Gordon, Hughes & Banks became an independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance. The BDO Seidman organization is a national and international network of firms with a long history of providing value-added services to clients. In today's complex business environment, our clients face a wide range of business and financial issues on a local, national and global scale. As a member of the Alliance, one of over 200 such firms across the nation, and with more than 40 BDO Seidman offices, we now have access to the full capabilities of BDO. As a member firm of BDO International, BDO Seidman enables its Alliance Members to serve clients by leveraging a global distribution network of international resources comprised of more than 600 Member firm offices in over 100 countries.

How does this help our clients? The BDO Seidman Alliance enables us to tap into this national and international network of business advisors, and their breadth of resources, to help meet your existing and expanding needs. These services include assurance, SEC, financial advisory, tax, business and technology solutions; and nonprofit strategies for tax-exempt organizations through the Institute for Nonprofit Excellence.

GHB's decision to join the Alliance reflects our investment and commitment to providing outstanding client service, and opportunities to help our clients expand and grow.

Additionally, the BDO Alliance includes a diverse collection of service and product providers to help clients maximize their growth and profitability. These include:

  • Lease Audit Reviews for tenants renting approximately 10,000 sq. ft spaces;
  • Executive Search services to help clients hire the brightest and the best;
  • Insurance services to assist clients in getting the most commercial coverage for less;
  • Outsourcing for Human Resources administrative needs; and
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) to help business owners retain control while transferring some ownership interest to key employees.
