From my heart- this is the only firm I have worked for that allows everyone to offer ideas and suggestions on improving various aspects of the firm; without ridicule, embarassment or admonishment for bringing these ideas to the table. The Firm promotes 'brainstorming' on better ways to improve client and employee relationships, and all other aspects of the Firm. The door is open to partners, managers and staff on any issue.
